Are we there yet?

Did we survive Christmas?   Have we made it to New Years Day yet?

My holiday was perfect……I’m still holidaying.  One more party tomorrow.  Here.  We’re supposed to decorate cookies, but who’s foolin who?  Who feels like decorating cookies?  Christmas is over.  It’s amazing how quickly I get out of the Christmas spirit.  Once Christmas is over, I go into organizing mode.  How about you?

Since I’m still somewhat on holiday, I thought I would direct you to a few organizing features I’ve done in the past.  6a00e54f81b4268833010536e8428a970c-800wi

Organize in Style - Krista is actually a neighbor of mine.  We have since  met after I featured her.  She is a power house organizer that I keep threatening to drag into my scrap room.  You can see her full feature here.

Or how about Jolene.  jolene4She has a flavor for color and color coding.  You should see her pantry.  WOW!

Do you have plans to organize anything?  Do tell.  Got a great organizing site or blog?  Do tell.

These two girls sponsored this post.  I bet they have really organized jewelry making areas!

I would love to organize. I am not sure how it happened, but I need a dumpster. The garbage company needs to dump it once and then come back again for round 2!

I am totally in organization mode. I already bought a 3 drawer bin and started to store our snack foods in it. I have a huge list of things that need to be organized and/or redone/redecorated. I can't wait to get it all done.

Yes ma'am, absolutely in organization and decluttering mode. Already made a ditch and dash trip to Goodwill and the grocery store to get rid of the paper bags taking over my kitchen cupboard. Beginning a declutter frenzy in the next two days and even posted a fun photo of my new organized studio tins on my blog!

I've been in an organizing mood for several months and it's working...a piece at a time. Giving away stuff is helping as well.
I'm headed to the office supply store to buy a Franklin Covey planner for 2010; haven't had one for years and feel that will be a help as well.
Small steps equal a distance won, eventually.

Happy New Year! I can't tell you how much I enjoy your blog! I am always reverting back to you everytime I need some creative inspiration! I am having a New Years Eve gathering with some friends. We are doing a "movie night" theme. There will be seven kids total too! Any creative suggestions for table decor or fun ideas for this theme?? I need help!!! Thanks!

I think the first of the Year and right into Spring is when that little "clean" bug bites me! All my Christmas is done and packed and now I am moving through each room giving it a good clean. I am not nearly as organized as I should be but my house is clean and that works for me!

LOVE you blog! I have been a follower for a while (don't know if I have ever posted or not).
I am exactly the same way...once Christmas is over, I clean and organize. It always feels so good! I even just blogged about it on my site...I would love for you to check it out!
Happy New Year!

I am just like you. Once Christmas is over, I start cleaning. I am tackling my craft room today. Yikes!

Yep - I get half way through the Christmas holiday and start getting itchy to organise things.

My organisation site of choice is actually my own: www.domesticguru.com
