Melissa Philips with Lilybean Paperie!!!

http://lilybeanpaperie.typepad.com/

Melissa Philips from Lilybean Paperie has some of the cutest cards EVERRRR!
I am starting to clean my scraproom. I can actually see my computer desk top.......so I was starting to get a bit inspired to create something...........and this site does the trick for me.

When I was checking out her blog, I was like a kid in a candy store.........I like that one!...........oooh, and that one..........it went on and on.

Then I came across a photo of what used to be the place of a card and it said "out for publishing".................well of course!!!

I start looking around and see that she works regularly for Paper Crafts! DUH! I get that magazine monthly, maybe I better start reading the names. She also designs for Provo Craft, Melissa Francis, CreativeXpress..........the list goes on and on.

(did I tell you guys that my sis used to work for Provo Craft back in the day when all they had were crafty wood cut outs? Why did she have to quit? Just think, I could have probably had a Cricket for a pretty good discount) Anywhooo........back to Melissa.........

Her cards have that fresh look. An original look! The kind you look at and say "oh, I never thought of doing that, how cool!"

You capture a small glimpse of her home in some of her cards..........and just like a peeping Tom, I'd like to see more. I see distressed furniture, and you know I LOVE distressed furniture.......in fact I just distressed a nightstand today........head over to my personal blog to see it..........oh.....oops.........back to Melissa.

You'll love her cards and her down to earth charm. She seems sweet as punch.
