Tutu's & Glue Dots

While clicking through our Chic Chick Widget, I found Michelle's Tutu's & Glue Dots.........she had me at Tutu's.........but I really do love glue dots. (so many great sites on that thing..........click away and see what you find........you can even sign up)

She's a scrapper...........a paper crafter..........and a pretty durn good one at that. Her scrapping makes mine look like remedial scrap 101........but it doesn't really bother me.......because no matter how ugly it is.........the memories are documented........it doesn't have to be pretty, just sincere.........right? But I can imagine her grandchildren looking through her work when they're about 50 and marveling at the talent their granny had. Yes, I'm sure they'll snicker about the color choices that were in style, or of course the hair styles in the photos.......but one thing we know for sure is they will know their family history.

Her stuff is so fun too look at. She obviously is a bit addicted to scrapbooking.........I mean, most scrapbookers either are or have been at some point..........don't you think?

There's nothing I love more than to peek into someones creative workspace.....I'm gonna have to go back for a better look. She's made this scrapbooking gig a career........It's more than a hobby. She even has a resume! She's serious......She's been published in several magazines and like I have mentioned before......I only look at the pictures in my mags......I really should start reading the names. I might even recognize a few now.

Ruby Red Slippers. Dang............she's good.

I think this is one of my favs. I love her choice of colors..........it looks like a dressed up cupcake to me.

And these butterflies.......using typed texted paper........possibly from an old book? Even better. Such a simple idea that turns out SO beautiful.
I love her style..........it's like my style but on steroids. Simple, but more.

This red border make it............well the little girl is pretty cute too.
I miss scrapping....... I used to work on a layout almost everyday. EVERYDAY! Now I sit here and curse at this computer. :) I've been hearing I should use FireFox. Tell me your details if you're a FireFox user. What will I love, what will I not?

Please go visit Michelle. I get such a kick out of seeing comments on the featured bloggers site from TCB readers. I have such a simple life, don't I?

Those layouts are beautiful. It makes me wish I had more time to scrapbook. If only I didn't like so many things. I'm a huge fan of Google Chrome. It's a small adjustment but the differences are worth it. I like FireFox too, my hubby is a huge fan, but it's not my favorite. Of course, then there's the issue of Vista... Sorry.

RUN don't walk and install FIREFOX! I was hesitant to change from my IE...but now it has been a year and I love it. I rarely have pop ups anymore nor do I have the frequent lost connection etc that I had with IE.
Those layouts are fabulous....WOW! so much talent...TFS

Wow! she's incredible!!! but i still don't miss scrapping ;o) i like seeing other people's work....

And by the way, i'm firefox user....so glad i switched!! can't really be specific....just like it better than EI. i think I've had less problems with all the security junk too

So, before I switched to a mac I was an avid Firefox user. Oooo how I loath Internet Explore. So, if you're a PC (ah! those stupid commercials) I would recommend Firefox. (disclaimer: I really know next to nothing about computers) But, I've found that Firefox doesn't seem to work all so hot on my mac. And I've heard this from other mac users.

Just my 2 cents! Love those layouts you shared. yay for getting inspired!!

My hubby is a computer geek and very adament that we use either Firefox (which seems to be compatible with the most programs) or Opera. I really love both of them. He said that we are never under any circumstances to use EI because it has the worst security and just about anyone can steal your information. Firefox is great!

All you scrapers make me so jealous! I envy anyone who can take a decent picture, and then turn it into a work of art, something that would delight the eye for hours. I am so jealous of her talent! So beautiful. Thank you for sharing.

I am so glad you picked Michelle! She is seriously one of the most talented gals I know! Every single one of her scrappy pages is incredible! Her details, color choices, and of course her "subject" is pretty darn cute too! : )

I'm a HUGE Michelle-FAN!!! Her work always inspires me . . . she's so clever and creative, but so REAL at the same time. She always makes me feel like playing with paper!

Her pages are super cute!!! My husband threatened to throw away all my scrapbooking stuff and take away my scrapbook room, if I don't start using it all. I miss it, and need to get "obsessed" again.

I am a firefox user. I officially hate IE and only use it for the one or two applications that I use that don't support firefox. One of my favorite things about firefox is it's ability to save your open tabs for you, for the rare times it crashes {much much less often than IE} or when you close the page. It's just awesome!!! You should totally switch!

Her scrapbooking is really pretty! I used to scrap with paper. Now I do all digital and I too sit cursing my computer when I'm on it way to much!

Off to look at Michelle's site.

Now those are some creative layouts! I used to scrapbook everyday, but I was never too good at it :)

As for Firefox, that's what i've been using lately...my IE has decided "hey, how about I just quit working/freeze/go psycho/close for no reason/etc, right in the middle of your work?" So I opened Firefox and it's been much better.

I have a Dell PC, which runs on Windows XP and I have been using Firefox for over a year. I love it! It rarely crashes on you like IE and they have numerous add-ons available for your browser.

I dread getting a new PC and using Windows Vista. I may have to switch to a Mac then.

Thank you for sharing her blog with us Kim!
It's adorable.

I added your darling button to my site.
Love your blog! :)

She is one talented scrapper!

About Firefox. My hubbie installed it for me a few months ago and I LOVE it. Here's a few reasons why:
1-No more annoying pop ups!
2-Every site you have open has it's own tab. You can have several blogs open at the same time and just click back and forth.
3-It saves your settings. After turning off your computer, when you come back, you can be right where you left off.
4-Lots of free ad-ons.
5-It always works!!
