Did we survive Halloween? I was successful at getting rid of all our candy! Only for my son to bring home even more than we gave out. We had several compliments on my
husbands decorations, claiming we were the best house on the block! That was hard to tell my husband.
My feature today is actually another one of my sponsors.........
Little Window Shoppe......now don't go thinking that I was swayed by a few greenbacks to feature her. I may be easy, but I do have my limits. Actually I had her in my FFF file (future feature file), so what a perfect time to give her a shout out!
Her site has so many other sections besides a blog. She finds the coolest products, crafts, etc. so you don't have to. It's all there. I really had a great time snooping around. She gives credit to all her finds..........like this one below. Using newspaper to make wallets and such.
Inexpensive All Art tutorial!!!..........Original too...........Great gift ideas!I made these last year. I love them! So easy too. You can use scrapbook paper for your backing, or a photo, or fabric.......or maybe little original drawings from your perfect little children. This is a great idea.........too bad my son is out of diapers. (yea really......too bad) But I bet you could do the same thing but with natural cleaning products. hmmmmmm, my minds a burnin......Isn't that cool? Makes me want to try it. It would probably turn out better than the time in my life when I was bent on making my own laundry detergent.
Enjoy your sugar hangover.

Cute FFF! Thanks for sharing!
I am especially intrigued by those baby wipes. How cool! I am headed over to check her out, thanks! :)

I used to do the baby wipe thing and it was not too bad. The worst part was cutting the paper towels in half because it ruins a bread knife (Use an old one) and it makes a squeeky sound that is like nails on a chalk board to me. Otherwise it worked great. You know, you could do it for kitchen clean ups and use all purpose cleaner instead of baby stuff.
Love the Little Window Shoppe. So many great ideas... where to start? Thanks for sharing it! It's a great find.
I used to make my own baby wipes (20 years ago now). Except I made the liquid in a squeeze bottle and left the papertowels dry....when I was ready to use them I would squirt the water mix on the towel and use. It was great cause my little one couldn't use store bought wipes.
Oooh! Checked out her site. Looks like I'll be spending lots of time there... many great things to look at! Thanks :o)
I'd remembered Martha Stewart doing this about 5 or 6 years ago and I've had to use it once or twice. Tell me again, why I don't use it all the time?
i did the baby wipes when my son was born 13 years ago. just a note it has to be bounty paper towels. don't try to skimp and get the cheaper towels - won't work
