I always make most of my gifts. This year I'm starting a tradition of buying felted mini's for my two baby granddaughters. LOVE the work of jenn docherty and jennifer stanfield (found them both on etsy)

I'm making altered photo collages for my siblings, using old pics of them as kids. I'll convert the pics to black n' white first, then let the WHIMSY begin!

Yeah. I should probably get started on those. I have six siblings.
