Now that I mopped my floors, I am ready to move on from house stuff and on to food. With 4th of July tomorrow, I always get excited thinking that I'm going to make something special........like a cake that looks like a flag............or home made potatoe salad...........or home made ice cream...........then the day comes and I run out of time. Smitten Kitchen.........well she got that right, I am totally smitten with her site.
I am totally in love with her photography! She could easily take photos for a foodie magazine. Simply beautiful. I can't believe she actually makes this stuff.........not that I'm doubting her. It's just so amazing, so gourmet. If I made something like this, I wouldn't be able to eat it. I would have to try and frame it............oh you know there would be a layout, m,aybe a whole mini book.

Could the colors be any more vivid? I normally wouldn't eat this type of thing below, but it actually looks pretty good. I'm getting that tangy mouth thing going on right now.
