Ree with Pioneer Woman

You may have already stumbled across Ree and her wonderful blog. I'm slow sometimes, but I have found her. She has two sites. One is dedicated to all her recipes.

http://www.thepioneerwomancooks.com She's not creative in the same way as most of the gals I have featured..........well maybe she is and she just hasn't shown us that side yet..........or I need to read her archives better...........anywhooo.........she lives on a ranch and seems to be very creative in keeping herself entertained out on the plains. She cooks, she bakes, she works her magic. And she takes mighty fine photos of her creations too.

Cooking can spark that creative switch just like paper crafts sometimes.

I love how she has the step by step instructions WITH PICTURES! I am not much of a cook, but after reading one of her recipes, I actually believe I can do it. I cannot wait to try a few of these. If you have tried them, let me know how they turned out. I know that Becky Novacek (her link is to the right) has made the sandwiches. And if I remember correctly, she said they turned out great.
Ree is another person who is so creative with her writing. Once again, you feel like you've known her your whole life.

I would love to see more photos of her house. I plan to spend a bit more time in the archives to see if she gave us any peeks. Her kitchen looks pretty amazing. I can see she has a BIG stanless steel table for cooking............but I suppose with all that grub she's a fixin' for all them cowboys......she needs a large space.

If you haven't experienced Pioneer Woman, then get ready for a real treat. (no pun intended) She's so funny, it's not uncommon to giggle while visiting her site.
