Stupid Computer............

Hey all, I'm having computer issues.........yes with my NEW computer.......the one with VISTA.......the one I downloaded Explorer 8 on to..........So when I have a couple of moments I'll be talking to Dell.......probably another person named Joseph who is actually from India.......but it's my only option since they have the answers I need.
(I don't think it's a Dell problem........let's just get that straight.)

Why am I telling you all this? Well because it's been making my online time living hell.

So I figured this may be a great time to tell you about my latest sponsors.

Do you have one of those fancy iPhones? Yea.....me neither. But I'd like one......I guess they have these things called App's..........I suppose you already know that if you have one. Bert creates App's. So smart. He has one that's perfect for keeping kid stuff organized. I think this would be perfect for all those large families........I don't know how you do it........I swear I'd lose someone. The $2.99 for this app would be worth it. Check it out here.
My next sponsor makes my heart sing! This family is pulling out all the stops trying to adopt a baby. It's the year 2009 and why not use the Internet to help? I was thrilled to give these guys a voice through my blog. So if you know of someone who is giving their baby up for adoption, this looks like a pretty good family. And guess what? They promised to name him or her Kim. Seriously.

I would point out my smaller buttons towards the bottom, but I can't view them. Not everything is loading.......so I will just hope you will scroll down and take a look. Stupid Vista. Stupid Explorer 8.
Thank you to all my sponsors. Without you, I wouldn't have a great excuse to play on the internet. I have my husband convinced that it's a part time job now that I have sponsors. :) It's a job.........somebodies got to do it.

And..........I tell ya......all those blogs on that cute widget over on the right.........I am finding so many for my FFF. Great sites.........you won't need me anymore.

If you're looking for more exposure for your Etsy shop, blog or boutique, send me a quick email. I'm cheap..........I mean.......I'm inexpensive.

Love your blog...fyi...my computer went funky on me the other day when I downloaded explorer 8...wonder if that is the problem with both of ours...mine won't run except for a blinking light in the top left corner. Very frustrating!!!!!

Have a great week Kim and you get some entries for the giveaway for posting on me!!

LOVE this blog! One of my friends has a Dell with Vista and also had constant problems with it. I think it's a Dell / Vista compatibility issue...

Dell and Vista? Ewww ... poor girl! I agree with one of the other comments above that Firefox is the way to go. I love it as well and am sure you would too. Not to mention you would probably love a Mac as compared to that Dell you're giving evil eyes to right now. Mac's rock!!! :)

Hi Kim! On the computer front I suggest 3 things, first make sure all of the service packs of Vista are installed properly, (this will also save you time with Dell)
2 Search online for IE7, remove 8 and install 7, it as a safer version.
3 When talking to Dell, I immediately asked them to escalate the issue since it is a brand new PC and you should not be having any issues, usually when they escalate an issue you get an actual english speaking person (Don't take this one the wrong way, between My foreign accent and theirs it is just impossible to communicate). All I can say is every single one of My computers for the last 15 years have been Dells, unfurtunally they do have the best support out there.
If everything else fails switch to Mac, my next one (Hopefully next year) will be one...
