Down Abbie's Road ~ the whimsy of a staggering woman.

Ya know? When I posted Vintage Moth, I didn't realize that Abbie had another blog. Another blog full of eye candy. Eye candy that I think we all need to see. Down Abbie's Road, the whimsy of a staggering woman. (gotta love a title like that)

Looks like a Christmas card doesn't it? Just wait til you see the kitchen.............

but first.........how about the family room. I LOVE the built ins. That color red looks like the same red I have in my kitchen. Cayenne..........hmmmm, I doubt it though. My paint colors are only available in the NW.Darling little lamp. We love our birdies.Isn't this beautiful? I could stare at it all day. I'm trying to figure out if she designed it.

How bout this view? Lovely isn't it? Simple Beauty.

OK, OK..........I've held off as long as I can.

The Kitchen! There is NOTHING I don't like about this kitchen. The color of the cabinets, the old charm,

the sink! THE SINK!I think I would become a gourmet cook in this kitchen. I would never want to leave. I would be happy to stand at the sink and do dishes til the cows came home...............but I'd need a cute apron.Have a great weekend everyone!

I didn't see her other blog either, but I'm in love with The Vintage Moth. I've been browsing her vintage downloads all day and printing them off for projects. I'm so glad you found it!

I'm off to check out this other blog now. :)

Hi Kim!
Thank you again! :) I'm smiling from ear to ear!! Sorry to say, having a lovely kitchen doesn't translate into a cooking genious. I was hoping.. ;) The journal page I did design myself and the image behind is one of my photos. I love working with digital collages. Thank you again! I get to toot the whistle once more!

Yes! I saw this when you sent me to visit the other day. I am crazy about those bird lamps and those two rooms with gorgeous floors, colors and cabinetry. So warm and inviting in that snowy setting!

What an amazing home...I know that great American novel is in me, if only I could sit down and write it, then a house like this might be mine! Thank you for sharing! ~Kelly

Agghh! So gorgeous! I want to know what she keeps in that tiny corner cupboard in the kitchen. I love unique storage spaces like that! And that living room is awesome. I love me a well-done red wall.
