Totally Tabletops

Shhhh.......... don't tell, but I've snuck away from my duties as Mom right now. I'm hiding in my scraproom with an iced green tea.........wish it was a margarita........but I must keep up my appearances at soccer later. I'm hoping to get a quick post in before he figures out where I am. That's the thing about having one child. YOU ARE THEIR PLAY MATE. Which is awesome, but really.........I don't feel like hearing about Captain Rex this afternoon.

Found this cool girl who specializes in Table Tops. Totally Tabletops. I'm researching for a simple but WOW table top for the upcoming holidays and stumbled over her. She's even from the NW.
She finds the coolest items. She's hip. I'm hoping she'll be posting some holiday ideas soon.
I love a tutorail............She has one on making these Halloween candles.

And she makes cute cake plates.........she even used this as inspiration.I have yet to make one............I know, I know.........I've been saying I would for months. As a party planner/ wedding planner she has some great ideas, and she finds a few too.

Time For Fun.

Too late for this one..........there's always next year.Too late for this one too. But what a great simple idea.OK, I may like to recycle.........but you are NOT going to catch me with a lamp shade on my table. But it's clever. She found this on someone's site. Dine! There you have it. It's time to head to soccer. Enjoy.

That candle has got to be one of the most creative ideas I have ever seen! I cannot believe it is made out of a toilet paper roll!! How genius!

I love her site! I'm glad you featured her. Really creative stuff. What type of holiday table are you looking to find? Thanksgiving? I have fall table on my site. Just FYI.

I absolutely adore a pretty tablescape. So much so that when my husband took our 6-year-old to soccer practice last week, I thought I would quickly set the table for my husband's birthday dinner the next night. Yeah, well, I was still fussing over it when they returned home. Oops! And I had planned to get a load of laundry done and clean the kitchen during that time, too. I can't wait to check out the featured blog!

Such a great blog. I've been stalking it for a little while for inspiration. I just loved the teachers tables with the stationery supplies.
