This blog certainly has had it's perks. And I certainly never thought or imagined that this would happen. And I certanly NEVER want anyone to think they need or have to send anything for being featured.

I have received the most beautiful things from a few of my featured bloggers. How sweet of them. A couple of the lastest beauties that came in the mail are...........

Jen from Sanctuary Arts sent me these cards.........she DREW them, sent them to Vista Print and had cards made. What a great idea. And I LOVE pears! She knew that. I will use these cards for special people only, and I think I will actually frame one.

Then look what Carol Eldridge went and did. Remember how I gushed over her rug with the strawberries? Well, she sent me one of her rugs with another one of her designs on it. So, now I CAN stand on it, while serving coffee to one of my friends.........and I know they'll comment on it and I can gloat about how I "know" the artist and that she ACTUALLY sent me my own.

It's all about feeling important you know? :)

A post is coming later. We are just coming down from all the birthday happenings around here. My son is loudly playing Guitar Hero and Dance dance revolution in the other room, so hopefully I will make sense.
