I have been reading the CK magazines for along time. But I never really looked at the names of anyone being published. I know, I know........thats one of the first thing an obsessed scrapper usually does......just not me. One day one of the names popped out at me. I noticed one of published artist had the last name as a friend of mine here in Camas Wa. The next time I saw my friend, I asked her if she had a relative who scrapbooks. SHE DID! I slapped my friend around alittle............well not really..........but I was surprised she had not told me. Then I found Sande's blog! I felt a little silly once I learned what a "famous" scrapbook person she was. I am sure I had been drooling over her layouts for years, but just didn't realize it was her.
Sande's scrapbook style is probably one that inspires me most. I love her clean but artistic look. I wanna be like her when I grow up. She is doing alot more digi stuff.....I have no idea how she figures all that stuff out. She also designs digital elements which you can find on www.Twopeasinabucket.com
I just bought some stamps she designed! I can't wait to use them.
Sande is another blog friend who has that desire to find old things and decorate with them. She gets to go on way more trips than I do, so I just live vicariously through her when she finds such great things.
Check out her blog if you haven't been there before. She has a bit of everything. Scrapping......both paper and digi..........decorating.........flea market finds..........great photography....altered art. You never know what she's up to.
And......dont forget to tell her I sent you. :)
