My name is Heather!

Thank you SO much for all the fun and lovely comments. I so appreciate them. I am so thrilled that there are so many of you that love seeing such a variety of creativness.

Well, MY name is Kim, but the feature today is a blog called My name is Heather.Several readers have sent me her link. I finally had a moment to look through her blog.

Stunned! That's the word that keeps surfacing.........STUNNED.

This woman, Heather seems like a very vivacious woman brimming with creative energy. She looks hip......and I'm going to go out on a limb here...........but I have a feeling she really is hip. I mean look at her? It's no chore.............She oozes style.

She designs fabric. I always wondered how you did that. She starts out with a sketch. She has been featured in several magazines and has recently designed her own line of fabric called Fresh Cuts, for Free Spirit. It's lovely.
Really? Serious? This is her studio...........dang.

Her blog is full of great photos. And full of all her creative vices. She cooks, crafts, sews, designs and on top of that she is a stay at home mom. I'm starting to feel greatly under achieved..........but not for long, because her blog is so delightful..........I'm feeling all inspired again. She had me with the pear.

Isn't her blog absolutely drool-worthy? I love her fabric - I've been designing polymer clay jewelry and buttons to coordinate with those colors in the last week or so. Yummy!

Don't you just want to sit and daydream in her gorgeous studio...and possibly fondle all those pretty fabrics? (not in a bad way, but how can you not want to touch them?! :o)

The only thing that I have in common with this amazingly talented woman is her name. A sewing machine? Yes I own one, but please, please don’t make me use it! I too am a reader of her blog. Actually, I’m not sure it is reading - it’s more like staring.

love the pear. That studio is amazing, and isn't she just beautiful. ugh! I have less and less time to clean my house, and more and more time to drool over other people's lives and creativity, thanks to you. No, really, I do mean thanks.
