Me again?

Really, I didn’t mean for today’s post to be about me………..again.

But I didn’t have time to post a feature because I’m up to my elbows in painting my son’s teacher gifts. (yes, we’re still in school…out this week!)

If your name is Mrs. B or Mrs. G……….turn away……..and that goes for you too Mrs. E. (Principal)

I should know by now that if I think a project is only going to take me 30 min to do…….it will take 10x that amount.  IMG_6089

So since this is what is taking my time away from writing a feature, I thought I’d at least show you some of it.

I’m not completely finished.  As you can see with the mess.  IMG_6090

I have one 3/4 completed and 2 more to do………..tonight.

I had my son give me his descriptions of his teachers.  I put those into Wordle and created a fun pattern.  IMG_6091Then I went to Home Depot and purchased 2x2 boards, painted them black and used my gazillion sets of foam stamps I have.

I hope they like it.

Make sure you leave a comment because ALL comments for the month of June will be entered into a giveaway for a Lisa Leonard Necklace.  Love her stuff.

Pretty sure I need to get that tattooed somewhere on my person.

(they look amazing so far, by the way. It usually ends up being worth it. Right? RIGHT? ....please tell that to my husband)

True that for crafty projects, you know when you start but not when you end! I love this idea; it could also work for mother's or father's Day.
